ICD is proud to provide our customers with field service, emergency service, and in-house repairs of most all control products. We work not just on our systems / machines but also other manufacturers / OEMs. Also, Installation, Start-up, Operator Training Machine Upgrades are available. ICD also provides training classes. Technicians are available for scheduled maintenance and trouble calls. We do our best to provide same-day service. Emergency and after-hours services are also available. Programmers and Engineers are ready to help if functional changes are needed.

We offer Startup assistance for your machine or process installation. Let ICD verify your installation and start your equipment step by step to ensure a perfect-performing machine or plant.

ICD can repair or calibrate most of your equipment or have it sent for manufacturer refurbish. Let us take care of all your repair needs.

Let ICD spend the time you need to keep your staff and operators up to speed with changes. Documentation like technical notes, operator manuals, drawings, and Specification sheets can be written for your operators and maintenance personnel.
