- Jul. 2003 – Industrial Control Designs was founded in Alexis, NC
- Dec. 2003 – Field and Emergency services became available.
- Jun. 2004 – Full-service panel shop opened.
- Oct. 2006 – Pneumatic and Hydraulic services were added.
- Jan. 2009 – Fabrication shop opened.
- Mar. 2010 – Mechanical and machinery design / fabrication was added.
- Sep. 2012 – Spare parts inventory control became available.
- Jul. 2013 – Celebrated 10 years of business and the survival of the economic crunch.
- Apr. 2019 – Addition of pre-configured control and pump panels.
